I’ve had great experience with Aveda and I’ve been going to an Aveda salon for 15+ years I love the products. I’ve had a couple issues with products top of pumps not on. This is a shipping/packaging issue. Two of my products had missing pump tops, I found one in the box. Both items were travel size so quite small, I would just suggest better wrapping or securing the tops. Luckily I still had my older one which I was able to use the top to remedy the issue.

I enjoyed my experience online today. My 2 complaints would be the free sample options and coupons. Many samples were for curly hair, but mine is straight. I would have preferred to be allowed to choose more applicable samples. I do appreciate the samples though! They help me to try new products without committing to the full size. To find the coupon I used, I had to do a google search. That was tedious and slowed my ordering process. It would be nice if it was automatically applied like to free shipping. Thank you.

I went online to look for my cleanser, but I couldn’t find the exact one. I found something comparable, so I decided I should call the local store to see if they still made the product. I was also looking for a lip balm that I’d purchased before that also plumps. I wasn’t able to find the items online. Online said the local store was temporarily closed. I thought it was a mistake so I called the number anyways and the number is no longer in service. I also had no way to look at the variety of options I should have had to choose from for my free rewards. This overall was a very disappointing experience.
