I found it very easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The only thing I had a minor complaint about was the free samples didn't tell you what it was for. Like the plumping cream. I have not been to your website before and was unsure of what some things were. A very minor complaint

It would be nice to have All product names listed together. For example: Pure Abundance Volumizing Shampoo, Pure Abundance Volumizing Conditioner. The site makes the purchaser look around for the product they want OR put what they want in Search. It would be easier if all same Product name were together so you want to shop around more.

I love Aveda Products but have always had difficulty utilizing the ordering process online. I've done it on my iMac and my Macbook Air laptop. The screens often are not visible. I've spoken with people about it, but they couldn't help nor has it ever changed.

The only real issue I have is how jumpy the website is every time. The products are always good and are never ood. I don't like that there is a huge gap in sizes with the Pure Abundance shampoo. I mix and match product lines to work with my hair and scalp. Pure Abundance shampoo, invati Ultra Advanced thickening conditioner (light), invati Ultra Advanced revitalizing scalp serum, and a small amount of botanical repair strengthening leave-in treatment. I have fine, wavy hair. This combo has helped with menopausal thining and growth.
