I had no choice to use my points or I would lose them. For years I wrote to Aveda about your customer rewards and no one listened. I have been a customer of yours before your product got popular and before it changed ownership. You used to say you used glass because of the environment and now you use plastic. I just don't trust your company anymore, however the only products I will purchase will only be your Brilliant Damage Control Leave In Spray and your Pure Abundance Volumizing Hair Spray. I plan to use up all of my entire Aveda products and never buy the rest again and I have boxes of your products! Again, this survey will not be seen and I will go unheard again..... but it's worth a try.

I’ve had great experience with Aveda and I’ve been going to an Aveda salon for 15+ years I love the products. I’ve had a couple issues with products top of pumps not on. This is a shipping/packaging issue. Two of my products had missing pump tops, I found one in the box. Both items were travel size so quite small, I would just suggest better wrapping or securing the tops. Luckily I still had my older one which I was able to use the top to remedy the issue.
