I am a very old lady and I found your site easy to handle. It was easy to get to a site for my kind of hair. From there it was easy to see the kind of products offered. I do wish that the site explained in more detail about what product fit into which of the 4 sequences. It sounded like 3 of the products do the same thing, the thickening tonic, the foaming tonic and the other tonic. Do I use the at same time or each one a different day? I had a chance to try the thickening tonic before I purchased a bigger bottle. I love it!

The descriptions of what the products can be used for could be more clear. I was looking for a combined detangler and styling protector. I think I found it but not 100% sure if its only for drying but not styling protection. The chat function only works during business hours.

The Aveda websight fialed to offer a pump for a 1 liter bottle, failed to offer 4 free samples as adverized and again said the samples would be added at checkout, which did not happen. Prices are out of control and service is down.

The ease of finding products was due to the hair quiz. The quiz helped point me in a good direction. I was able to look into similar products and narrow down my options. One thing that was a little disappointing was that a serum I was looking at was out of stock. The good news is that I was still able to order the product to be shipped and billed once restocked. I am pleased with my experience.

Hello, I have been using Aveda products for approximately thirty years, and have loved all that I had purchased over that time span; Although, it looks like the Witch Hazel Hairspray is no longer offered (both, on your website, as well as other merchants that I have checked out). The last two purchases that I had made of the Witch Hazel Hairspray, unfortunately, smelled very off-putting. It smelled like "tire rubber" to me. I had to throw both of the bottles away. Is there a future plan to change the product back to it's original formula? I do hope so. As an alternative, I purchased a different brand of what was supposed to be like the Aveda formula, but it did not- another cost lost. I bought three other products on Amazon yesterday, and your Air Control Hairspray today, but I would rather buy from the Aveda company itself. I would truly appreciate feedback, if possible. Thank you so very much!
