The website is not easy to navigate on my phone and also I have had an auto ship for two different products that cannot be combined together, and since my credit card was hacked, I had to restart my AutoShip and still you cannot add more than one item to an auto ship so you guys are sending two boxes every single month when it could be one box

Initial entry to website I tried to order an item and it didn’t show the ability to order, and not till I looked under a category did it finally say “notify me”, which then told me it was out of stock. It should state that in which ever process someone is looking for an item.

The items were not packed well in the box. They appeared to just have bounced around in a box that was falling apart when it arrived and with very little packing material to support the items. However recognizing that they are unbreakable but capable of leaking, i.e. lids loosening, punctures in the tubes, I'm glad to say, none of that happened

It was a bit frustrating to purchase my usual products - normally I get them in store, but my students got me a gift card (yay!). Unfortunately, every time I tried the aveda giftcard in store, the clerks didn't know how to process it, so multiple times I left the store paying for my products out of pocket, not with the giftcard (as intended). The parents had tried to do a nice thing, and weirdly kept asking me why I wasn't using the gift card (another odd facet, them being able to see the amount remaining??). In all, this has been an odd experience that took a lot of extra steps... I don't understand what the difficulty is with joining aveda.com to an aveda brick and mortar salon. In the end though, I'm happy to finally use the gift card (y'all KNOW they pay us teachers nothing ;), and happy for their generosity.
