The website is relatively easy to navigate. I read many reviews about products being discontinued, or a formula changed, I agree. I really miss the old shine spray. Discounts are really important. I would buy much more often with more frequent discounts.

My order was stuck in a "Processing" status for more than 5 business days. I reached out to customer service via the chat and the agent was able to expedite the order, but I didn't receive a confirmation or an updated tracking. I also used a birthday reward for a stress-fix composition oil, and it wasn't included in the box.

Website was not the easiest to use. Had issues and used chat yesterday because I couldn't see how to add 4 travel soze products with my order over $95. Rep told me there must be a glitch & after order I can contact Aveda to request. I should not have to take another step to do so. It would not let me use PO box, so I am shipping to my brother who is an hr and a half away. This is strange. Why can't you use PO box?
