I’m still bitter that all of the loyalty points I spent two decades building went away and then to add insult to injury they actually want to charge me $10 for a loyalty program. Everyone’s loyalty programs are free. And I’ll never forgive them for changing the smooth infusions formula.

Today's visit was to time with my free birthday offer. I could find everything else I needed, but it wasn't clear how to redeem the birthday oil offer. I left the coupon in the cart and was surprised to see the options to choose on the next screen. I was disappointed that Shampure was unavailable - but still grateful for the gift. I was delighted to be able to use points to try the new one for all leave-in conditioner.

I used to purchase the Elixir all the time because I have naturally curly hair, and it worked beautifully for me. It defined and managed my curls without making my hair feel crusty, stiff, or dry, which is something I really appreciated. I was very disappointed when the Elixir was discontinued because it was one of the few products that worked so well for my curls. I’m going to give this new product a try, and I’m really hoping it works just as beautifully as the Elixir did. I would absolutely love to see a product like the Elixir brought back someday!

I was able to find what I was looking for fairly easily. I searched for a product that is no longer carried by Aveda but was able to find what I think is a similar product using the search tool. During checkout I was a little unsure they had my shipping address from my account and didn’t see it until I paid for it in Apple Pay. I also expected to see shipping options and was not given any.
