I purchased My Invoices and Estimates today, 11/5/25, from your website to install on a new laptop that I had recently purchased. I have used your product on another computer for over 6 years and was very satisfied with the product. My reference code is 3132-0271-OKNT-BO4N-WVZ8-11VO. My name is Gary Pufahl.
Here was my problem.....When downloading the program from your website, it kept getting rejected because they said Microsoft Windows defender would not allow the program to be installed. I went online and completed a number of tasks that should have solved the problem. After a number of attempts (5-6) with the same rejection message. I realized that the McAfee security was also rejecting the download process. I finally fixed that...........when I downloaded the program again, I was told I had attempted too many times and needed to contact a representative. I appreciate any help you can provide in solving this problem.

Have sent 2 emails like I was told to do by tech services but have received no feedback yet. I have the invoice product on an old computer and wanted to add the new program on my new laptop.
