If someone wants to contact me I would be happy to go over our terrible experience at the Cedar Falls Ashley store. I am not going to write it all out. I’ve spent 10+ hours trying to get the issue resolved with no resolution. I even talked to the Store Manager and she said she would contact me/follow up and she never did. I would like a phone call from someone to discuss this matter. Brian and Amy Adamson 319-429-3946

I always have a great experience with Ashley, but I would recommend creating an account so that if you have to return anything, the process will be easier.
