Had some issues with the order and payment. Order was put on hold until i contacted the Co. However with persistance i reached an associate and helped me received my order with in 2 days. The part and the installation video worked. We have ice and cold water in the dispenser .

Our ice maker has been giving us problems for about 6 months. I watched a video before purchasing to see if I could install it myself. Seems pretty straightforward. The video seems very helpful. Also, being able to type in the model number for my refrigerator sped up the process of looking for what I needed. Also very helpful.

the 'how to' videos APP provides are very helpful. the fact that the part is well described and there often is an associated video builds a DIY buyer's confidence. the pricing was higher than amazon by $20 but the delivery was next day, vice 10 days for Amazon... well done!
