Im and old customer of AMS,have purchased from high end Mics,DJ equipment,JBL Speakers,Electronic flute,and many more musical instruments specifically Gibson,and Epiphone Guitars.
This last purchase was an Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom 1960 Les Paul Standard Guitar with Case Washed Cherry Sunburst,I was super excited like always!,until I opened the box just to find out 2 of the latches of the case were damaged…No one likes to receive damaged products specially when it comes from AMS,I. 25 yrs that I’ve been getting all my instruments from AMS,Never never I received a damaged products specially until now,so I’m like…I’ll let them know and I’m sure it’ll be a matter of just sending the case so I could just get a another case to replace the defective one,but come to find out I have to send back the whole thing,case and guitar,that’s when I really got bummed up,because now I’m in the dilema if I want to send it back and have to wait who knows how long to get it back as it should come,with No damages at all,but…How Long is it gonna take??? So I’ve kind of frozen and like trying to process this whole incident. So it may take me couple of days more to decide what I wanna do,because I really need the guitar with me,so we’ll se what I decide to do…other than that things are good,sincerely,Ben
