Let me. First say, that I am not a young person. I have made many purchases of musical equipment online. However, I can honestly say that I have never had a more perfect purchase online in all my experiences. AMS made this purchase, shipment and finance without a single issue. I depended heavily on their Customer Service people for this purchase. Not once did they make me feel inadequate, ignorant or that I was a bother. In fact, they called me to make sure everything was going as planned. No business has ever gone out of their way for me this manner, EVER! When the guitar arrived, in 3 days, I decided that I will only do business with AMS in the future. They have earned my business, they have gained my trust and because they realized how important this guitar purchase was for me, I am convinced that no other online music instrument business could ever achieve the satisfaction I feel for them. Frankly, I feel more comfortable with AMS than I do at my local music store. From my heart, I can honestly say without any hesitation that I whole heartedly recommend AMS to anyone searching for a company they can trust. Ask yourself, wouldn’t you rather do business with a company that understands your individual needs, and just how important every purchase you make with them is? Their integrity and honesty put them “head and shoulders” above the rest for me! I feel I have been blessed to have found AMS!! May God Bless!!
