I ordered a six two pack of poker size playing cards but received bridge size. I was told I got what ordered no I didn’t and they wouldn’t take it back because I opened one set and they couldn’t resell it. I have steered my friends from buying from this company

I thought the website interface overall looks very antiquated. It was, however, performing fast, and the product description was very clear. The payment system was outdated, and it didn't work when I picked the "securely pay" option. But when I tried again and used the PayPal option, it worked perfectly. I appreciated the questions about whether to purchase protection and an add-on element of the purchase, which I didn't know I needed but I did ultimately need it. Only other comment would be - you should be up front with shipping costs on the main product page. I didn't know there'd be another $20+ on what is a pretty small item, and that's fine, but would have been nice to budget for up front.

I think the shipping fees are odd. Flat rate was $28.00. Other options were over a $1,000 to ship speed cloth and foam padding. That seems like an issue with the calculation. I would recommend that you update the images of the speed cloth. Some are easy to view while others are not. A consistent image would be helpful.
