The order kept showing not shipped on my account, not shipping email was sent or a tracking number was on the order status. When I called, could hardly understand the person I was talking to, I had to use the chat and I was told it was shipped and the tracking number was given to me. It was delivered according to the information and I found the package when I got home from work. You need to work on keeping shipping updates available and find a better costumer service provider, the accent was so thick I could hardly understood what he said. And this is coming from someone that has an accent herself and is not biased against that. If I said the accent was bad, it was terrible.
