I order black (ONLY BLACK) scrub tops, scrub bottoms, and scrub jackets for all of the staff at my office. Multiple times per month. My most recent order included 13 items - a mixture of pants and tops. There were 13 items that arrive in office, but I was missing a pair of XSM black pants, but had an extra BLUE 3x scrub top. Not a big deal, I reached out on the online chat to see if I could send the top back and have pants sent. I couldn't even get to that point with the online chat - take a picture of my order is what I was told. I had 13 items to take pictures of and honestly, I didn't have the time to do that. I called customer service and that was even more frustrating. I am not valued as a customer and there was no acknowledgement of the error made by AllHeart. In 6 months, I have spent over $2300 with AllHeart, which I assume is a drop in the bucket. I am moving on to another company to order scrubs based on the poor customer service alone.
