The site would not allow me to put in my shipping address. No matter how many times I tried. When I contacted customer care by phone they told me that I should call my bank. I called my bank. It had nothing to do with the billing address that was correct. It had nothing to do with using a different browser, it had everything to do with my street address being 1015 3 1/2 and the site repeatedly telling me I could not use the "/" symbol.
Even though Customer care told me to call my bank, and I took a screenshot showing that that kept coming up when I tried to check out, they told me to take all these other measures.
Which I did
I spent over 45 minutes this morning and then tried it again when I got home from work this evening. Well over an hour, and it was simply the site would not take the "/" symbol in my address.
As soon as I changed the shipping address, I was able to place the order.
That was an extremely frustrating experience: to be told verbally when I called customer care and then in an email( as if I hadn't tried all of those things). why customer care did not look at the screenshots that I sent, specifically showing that that message kept coming up and also I said it verbally in the phone call. The issue was with the All Heart site, not my credit card, not my billing address, nor the browser, or emptying the cache.
I'm glad once I changed the shipping address I was able to put the order through.
