purchased a stroller with an urgent delivery need for my international trip on October 28th, including paying an additional $23.00 for Shipping Protection. The delivery failed on multiple levels.
First, the carrier (UPS) did not follow Albee Baby's advertised protocol, making only one attempt before diverting the package. Second, when I contacted customer service, their team actively interfered with the delivery by placing a HOLD on the package, guaranteeing I missed my travel deadline.
When I contacted Albee Baby management, I was told the situation was my fault and was given false information about retrieving the package. The lack of compassion and professional disregard from their team was shocking and caused my family immense stress.
Do not order from Albee Baby if you have a time-sensitive need or expect competent customer service. They ruined my travel plans and handled the subsequent complaint with disrespect. I am still awaiting a full refund for the failure of both the product and the service I paid for.
