I tried for two hours about a declined card and at the end of the day the entire issue was that I wasn't using the BOLT platform and I was choosing Guest checkout I spent an hour on the phone with my credit card company etc At the end of it all I decided to go on the BOLT website which is insane that I had to, I added my card on there because there's no way otherwise to add it, and then went back to checkout on the website and it worked. This is a ridiculous issue and I would like to speak with management about this because otherwise I had a great experience with Carly and the sales team.

Overall, I had a good experience working with the team, especially Elyssa and Sam, who were both responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. They were willing to request additional videos, answer detailed questions, and walk me through options, which I really appreciated. That said, the website experience itself could be improved. Inventory feels inconsistent and changes very frequently, which makes it difficult to confidently compare options over time. Several diamonds I was seriously considering disappeared or showed as unavailable without clear explanation, which created uncertainty during the decision process. There was also some confusion around media assets. In a few cases, sample images were used instead of actual diamond videos, and at one point I received duplicate videos labeled as different stones. When making a purchase at this level, having accurate, real, and clearly labeled visuals is critical. I would also strongly recommend making real videos (360 or tweezer) more consistently available across listings, or clearly indicating when media is a sample vs. the actual stone. That would significantly improve trust and decision confidence. Overall, the customer service was strong, but the website and inventory transparency could be improved to better support the buying experience.

Both the engagement ring and wedding band are absolutely stunning. I didn’t receive any order updates through email after ordering the wedding band like I did with the engagement ring, only an update when it had shipped. My order for the wedding band also didn’t show up in the online portal of my account. I know it’s a little detail as well, but the boxes also didn’t match and I ordered the exact matching wedding band to the engagement ring I had ordered. Thankfully, none of this makes a difference when they’re on her hand and both of the rings are incredible! She gets compliments ALL the time on her engagement ring. I would definitely order from Adiamor again!
