I had a semi-custom piece of jewelry and was able to easily communicate exactly what I needed. They sent a rough CAD drawing of what it would look like and it exceeded expectations once arrived! Very happy with the process start to finish.

It seemed counterintuitive to pay for something without having the final price. If you’re going to offer customization, you should offer those as a drop-down so that when I check out, I know exactly how much I’m spending. Additionally, I found the pictures lacking. If you’re going to have an online only business, then I need to feel comfortable in what I’m buying in the fact that I have to call in to try and find a picture of a side profile of a ring is crazy. Your customer service agent Mark was very helpful and if it wasn’t for him, I doubt I would have ended up purchasing. He is a gem.

I think the website is EXTEMELY easy to use. I have been looking for the perfect diamond for my girlfriend to build a custom engagement ring. I tried for two hours about a declined card and at the end of the day the entire issue was that I wasn't using the BOLT platform and I was choosing Guest checkout I spent an hour on the phone with my credit card company etc At the end of it all I decided to go on the BOLT website which is insane that I had to, I added my card on there because there's no way otherwise to add it, and then went back to checkout on the website and it worked. This is a ridiculous issue and I would like to speak with management about this because otherwise I had a great experience with Carly and the sales team.
