I love that they offered 50% off one time and plus the free gift! I'm new to adult toys so the cost savings made it much easier to decide to make the investment. Plus the free toy will allow me to branch out and try something I normally wouldn't risk the money on. Free returns was a plus to!

Absolutely great! It was very easy to find what I was looking for, the description of the product was very imaginative which helps you picture the fun you will have but it was also informative helping me to understand what the product does best, who enjoys it best and it also advises you proper handling of products like cleaning and charging. Great website will be returning soon!!

I couldn't use ID.me to get a discount and that was really disappointing. It kept saying that ID.me couldn't verify despite triple checking everything and even verified documents in a video call.

The website was very easy to use. I do think there should be an option to sort your search results by top rated but also number of ratings to filter out the items that have one 5-star review.

As a first time buyer on the site, I was very pleased at how easy it was to browse the selection and make a purchase. The product descriptions were concise and, based on reviews, were largely true to the actual product, which gave me confidence in what I was purchasing. I've heard of Adam & Eve for many years, so am looking forward to finally getting to experience the legacy firsthand!

Disappointed in Postage Price
Site Experience FeedbackSep 30, 2026
I thought I was getting a good deal on a pack of mints recommended to me to help with dry mouth due to new medication. I was shocked and disappointed when I checked out to find my $10 tiny box of mints will cost almost as much as the mints in postage to get them here. I know the price of everything is going up, including postage, but I feel ripped off.

Being a regular customer regardless of what I spend shipping shouldn’t be more than the offer you’re wanting to sell. I’ve always been very pleased with the overall company. With all due pleasure my first free gift is me favorite and still aims to please.

It was good just should show more available discount to retain customers. I should be able to select from all different types of discount not just what you are forced to see. But overall a very good first time experience.

Site Experience FeedbackSep 30, 2026
The website is very easy to understand and navigate, though it was a bit confusing filtering by price and seeing items that are only that price because of a sale, when they're typically much more. There was a bit of confusion when checking out, as I was using two codes and it kept only activating one of them, or hiding one from me, and then telling me it had already been activated despite not showing me
