I have realized that this company is very hit or miss on quality of products. Sometimes the products don’t reach full charge like the instructions state & the charge doesn’t the time it states or even 1/2 the time. The last order was awful. The 24 day advent surprises. Even on sale it was worth less than 1/2 of what I paid for it. Packages open, at least one item missing, the ‘big’ item was one that had been opened, plus box crushed but the outer box fine so that happened before packed in my surprise box. Can’t actually try it since I don’t know if it has been used & returned. But put in batteries & run through the buttons & did not match the description at all. None of the liquids were sealed despite having a use by shelf life after opening. I would like to keep a few pieces that I would not have ordered & haven’t seen offered for sale, but I haven’t heard back from customer service. Maybe took an extended holiday break & don’t work weekends. I’m going back through e-mail to see if I missed it. Also, the orders all take varying times to arrive but generally takes less than 2 weeks I think.-
