I ordered a Sony AX 33 online then I waited for a tracking number and did not receive one so I called customer support. Spoke to Mike extension 5018 and explained to me that it was a different format of Camera. The online version was a PAL and I needed the NTC, the US version. once we figured that out and paid the additional Mike then said I would have it by the weekend which I did thank you. camera that I selected so I think it was a PAL and I needed an NTC for US version. Once we figured that out and paid the additional he said that I would have it by the weekend, which I did so kudos to Mike for helping me thank you.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Move me from International model I had ordered to the US version. Very important change that I’m glad this issue was pointed out. He did sell me on a photo card but it was not in the shipment. I’ve emailed customer service and am waiting on resolution. Not enough time has passed to evaluate.

This would have had higher ratings if 42nd St Photo had someone actually answer my questions when I called. I left two messages, one two days ago, one today, and neither were responded to. That is a clear case of creating low confidence and low satisfaction. I am still giving them one chance to at least finish right. We'll see.

The site does not have a flashy marketing look. It is sorta plain. But it worked fine and that is what mattered most.

It was a bait and switch. They claimed I ordered an international product and insisted on an upcharge to complete the transaction. There was no mention of international vs domestic anywhere in the online product description.

When I placed the order ,I ordered a import model buy mistake and customer support called and helped me get the right camera. I never received info on shipping or tracking. I emailed support and never received a response. I did receive my order on the 4th day after placing it and I am very happy with my new Canon EOS 90D. It was well packed . Thanks!

I ordered a product. As 42nd Street was about to ship, they called me and we talked about my order. Turns out what, I ordered was not what I thought it was. After discussing the item, I was able to order the correct item. It shipped and I an extremely happy with the item and with 42nd Street for their help.

I never got my order in on time so I finally was able to reach the store. When I spoke to the person, they said they didn’t want to ship out my item because they wanted to know if I wanted the domestic version instead of the international one so I lost a photo shoot due to this then they went on and somewhat lied about the difference that the domestic one is a better quality and metal hood, etc. and that’s why it’s more expensive so I chose to buy them more expensive one and it’s the same lens and the hood is not metal is plastic as well . also, when I looked at the page for that price, it also said that you would be shipping a cleaning kit, which was not included in my shipping. ended up buying the domestic version but then I had to wait another three days and I didn’t find a tracking number so I didn’t know when the item was actually going to come so I missed the first attempt and then the second one I had to sit around waiting for it before I could leave the house.
