Unfortunately it was a bad experience and I found your checkout process very unclear.
About five days ago, I attempted to purchase car parts through your website in preparation for a family road trip early Thursday morning (the 26th). I scheduled a mechanic appointment for Tuesday so everything would be installed in time.
During checkout, I used Apple Pay and completed Face ID, which showed the standard confirmation, so I believed the order had gone through. However, when I checked today, I realized the order was never finalized and the item was still in my cart. It wasn’t clear that an additional step was required to complete the purchase.
Because of this, the parts won’t arrive in time for my appointment, and we may need to rent a car for the trip.
If there’s any way to apply the $100 voucher toward overnight shipping or otherwise help expedite this order, I would greatly appreciate it. I’ve heard great things about your customer service, so I wanted to reach out and see if there’s anything that can be done.

FYI I’m not sure if you’re able to tell how long the item was in my cart, so you can be sure I’m telling the truth? I ordered another car part form a different website on the same day that I attempted to order yours, so I can show you that confirmation if needed.
