Dissatisfied

I ordered an upper control arm kit. Only half of the kit was delivered. I contacted customer support (Jay). They advise the other half was damaged in transit and was undeliverable. Jay advised me that they could either refund my cost, which if they did that, I would be responsible for the shipping of the partial order, or they could send me the remainder of my order. I told them I had already lost enough time and money on this, and to just send me the remainder of the order. I provided them with the part numbers I was missing and was advised it was going to be another week before I received the remainder of the order. This would be 2 weeks that I would be waiting to repair my vehicle. When my order arrived it only contained half of the parts I was missing. Due to being at work, and being extremely aggravated at the situation, I had my wife contact customer service AGAIN. She spoke to Amanda. My wife told Amanda the situation, and she told her that they would send out an entire replacement kit and would email me return labels for the parts I did not use. I have not received the replacement parts as of this posting, but it will be three weeks that I have been waiting to repair my vehicle. I have lost a lot of time and money because of this incident. I have used 1A Auto almost exclusively in the past for parts, but after this I will not be ordering from them any longer. I have also recommended them too numerous friends and family; I will no longer be recommending them either.
