I was told the products would be delivered by Friday, they arrived the following Monday. When I compared the spark plugs sent to the Original ones taken from vehicle, they were considerably shorter. I did not install them as doing so would cause misfiring and could actually cause catastrophic engine damage. So I decided to Return the items ordered. The website return process was a total waste of time, it kept sending me to my email for return instructions and my email "Instructions" kept sending me back to the same website return. I tried 8 or 9 times before trying to call A1 Auto, after over a half hour on hold I elected to receive a call back. I got called back and the customer service rep found my order, and I explained I could not use what was sent to me, and she kept asking me for the VIN # of my customers car which was already back in the hands of my customer. I questioned Why I need the VIN for a return but Not to Purchase, also, there is No other option for a 2014 Nissan Rogue so the VIN # is Mute.
I ended up buying the product locally so I could get the customers car back to them as they already waited an extra 3 days because the order was delivered late.
This was a very poor experience and ive learned a lesson by it. Thank you but no thank you.
