I had an issue with a brake caliper set. Two of them were fine and two were beat up and grinded on. I called and emailed and customer service was prompt and had a resolution. After the call I got an email from a different person telling they cancelled the replacement order and that the calipers are rough and that’s just the way it is…If that was the truth why did two of the calipers look great and no problems. Had to call back and get it handled again. The replacements are not any better, and on top of that for some reason have different size bolts than the calipers I already have. Don’t understand why the replacements have different size bolts than the good ones I already have, checked the old ones that are beat up, and sure enough they have different size bolts than the good ones I have as well. So the beat up original order have different bolts than the good ones have, and the replacements are beat up and have different size bolts as well. So the driver side front and back calipers that are good all the same size bolts. The bad ones and bad replacements all have different size bolts than the ones I have no issues with. It’s like they were beat up left overs with thrown together hardware. Not happy at all with quality of parts. We have just started to try your company out. And now we have our answer. Pay more for quality parts…you get what you pay for I guess…
