1AAUTO customer for many years with no problems, recently I was waiting on a belt tensioner to get the customers truck on the road again. Amazon Fullfilment Center was handling the free shipping 1aauto offered. They delivered to a different address, I never received my package but emaill stated it was delivered. Immediately contacted 1aauto via email, knowing they were not responsible for this mix up but amazon was of no help. I sent email to 1aauto explained my situation, to my suprise maybe 2 hours later there was a reply. They sent me the tracking info and there was a picture of the drop off location, which amazon says they did not have. Looking at the picture I realized this was in my development, Recongizing the flower pot in the picture I made it my first stop. I am at unit B package was delivered to unit D, looking very similar at a quick glance, a mistake anyone would make when they are in a hurry. the resident was coming to my location as i was at her door. she handed me the package and all was fine. To make it clear, 1aauto was there to pull me thru, and even offered further assistance if needed, then they offered to send another tensioner with a different shipper to garauntee it made it to me. this has happened to me before and both the vendor and shipper stated i was on my own. it is a very frustrating feeling but when someone is on your side like 1aauto was, you realize some businesses are not oonly about the bottom line and having customer support as they do creates confidence in every purchase knowing they won't leave you stranded or money lost. I am not one to write reviews, people are queick to show their negatives about vendors, i believe we should show our gratitude as well. This may not sound like much but when you are in this situation, you'll wish you had purchased from 1aauto. thanks for reading. J.D.
