Product arrived on time, however, it was missing pieces. I tried to message customer service to show them the missing piece but their auto message service doesn't allow attachments. I was finally able to get someone to email me so I could send the pictures. I asked to get just the missing piece sent to me, but they told me they were going to have to perform an investigation to decide their next steps that was going to take 1 to 3 business days to conclude. I didn't understand what that had to do with sending me the rest of the parts I already paid for... Finally after multiple back and forth emails, with different people replying nearly every time, I was able to get a real cause for the investigation. It's because they don't package anything. They just get boxes from China and send them to whoever buys them. So, I told them to proceed with their investigation. On the 4th day I emailed them to see what the determination was, and they told me my inquiry was closed and a return was issued. It was not. Again a new person answered my message and wanted more pictures. At this point, I had given up and told them for a return authorization. I finally got the return label, and they told me I would get a full refund minus return shipping... Really, after all that and the cause being their fault, I was responsible for return shipping.
