I made a purchase with them last week and their computer terminated my order and it was because of something do simple as the email address and no one from 1A Auto or their computer notified me of this order termination. Upon contacting them because I was attempting to track my order and could not find any info, I was then told that my order had been canceled and, this happened on the exact day I was expecting to receive my order.
The only thing offered to accomidate me because of my unrifhtful incontinence was that "I could re-order my part" but, 1A Auto already had my money and it was trapped in the process of being returned to my account which took 3 more days.
This is all while my vehicle was being held up on Jack stands and in parts.
Upon my initial coming to their website I was stopped by an ad from them that said receive 50%off of listed priced and I never received any 50%off of their listed price for my order even after I supplied them with my email address skyzdesignssounds7@gmail.com.
When I brought this to their attention I was told that mo such discount existed and that the "50%"was included in the price of the sale which was a total and complete lie to me the customer. the only reason I a, making my purchase with them again is because they have the so-called "fastest shipping and delivery "time for my part and I need it fast.
It should be noted that the shipping costs more than the part that I have purchased and It would be even more disrespectful if my part did not arrive at my home on the date that I payed for it to arrive.
I will be very very unhappy and subject to contact The Better Business Bureau concerning the false advertisements and the deception concerning the delivery date that I payed extra for my part to arrive at my home by.
It should also be noted that I would love to do all future business with 1A Auto and that I a, only speaking from the initial disappointment I experienced with their computer terminating my order without notifying me until the date of expected delivery.
Anyone in myosition would be disappointed just as I am
