So the price is phenomenal, the quality of the parts that gets sent to me before being used look high quality and fuel high quality. That would be more sales if you had more parts, however I don't know how many parts you have I know what you had for the Nissan Pathfinder. Overall thank you, interaction was not bad simply going your website put in the car information and it pulls up what she need sometimes when I was looking at the wheel bearings it was hard to find out at first what exactly what side it was but after doing some internet research and looking again I found the information I was looking for in general. Like I said for Nissan Pathfinder you did have a lot of parts but there were some other parts that I was surprised you did not have. I also go with RockAuto and Detroit Axle as well. Compared to RockAuto your website is very clean however sometimes it's hard to determine what parts are where so I'll have to click through them unless I do a search for the general part. I will say this majority of the time when I get the parts you do send a general parts list but majority of the time I have to go back on the website and verify what part is for what because there's no labeling that you guys do stating that it's for what part of the vehicle and what I mean by that is wheel bearings don't always have the information left right or correction front or back depending on the vehicle and then with brake pads I have two sets of brake pads here I can look the numbers up and figure it out what the parts are actually for but it would be very convenient if you guys put an extra label on there stating that this was bought for my order I bought it for a 2014 Pathfinder if you had a stick around there stating 2014 Pathfinder premium brake pads rear or front just a little more description because not everybody knows how to take the time or figure it out what the parts are for unless they make phone calls or do extreme research. Another nice option and maybe you guys already have it is if you use VIN number to verify parts with the vehicle, being easier for people to find the parts they need. But we all know the majority of people buying parts from here have the intellect or understanding of what they're working with to begin with. Also I did not notice if you had like a preferred customer basis with rewards or something of that line. And I know you laugh but a lot of times people don't even realize that they can go online and figure out how to install these parts if they personally don't know but there are many people that for some reason gets stuck in their head that they can't figure out what's going on and they don't realize they can look for the part video online so it would be nice for certain parts of there was some type of instructional video or even a link to a video that people could follow and watch. Or even maybe general videos to give them an understanding of what they're working with. I didn't know that sometimes that I would get an expected date of delivery and then it would change a couple times until it would get here granted I did get all the parts no matter what but everybody knows how shipping companies work. Have you guys ever thought about working with used parts as well I know that it's going to be more work more time a whole different rebuild and process but once again you guys are offering a lot of options so when somebody is really low on cash they still have an option even though your prices are very well. And since I'm in Wisconsin it would be funny and nice if you guys sent a little Hut I could put around my car while I'm working so I don't get too cold lol also it would be nice if you guys would cross reference parts that work with many different vehicles cuz I know even what the Pathfinder there are several parts on several other vehicles that would work with the Pathfinder but in order to find some of those I have to look under that vehicle in general and cross reference to part numbe
