I wanted to reach out because I’m extremely disappointed with my recent ordering experience.
When I placed the order, the website gave the impression that the delivery date would be much sooner. It wasn’t until after the order was submitted that I discovered the item was actually on backorder. Had that information been clearly communicated upfront, I would have made a different purchasing decision.
What made the situation even more frustrating was waiting nearly two weeks with no meaningful update, only to later research the product further and realize that the expected availability date likely wasn’t accurate or anytime soon. Other retailers were showing much later timelines, which makes it feel like the original estimate on your site was misleading.
I understand that backorders and manufacturer delays happen, but transparency matters. Customers should know the real situation before placing an order — not after their money is tied up and they’ve already been waiting for weeks.
At this point, I’m very dissatisfied with the communication and overall experience. I would appreciate an honest update regarding the actual expected availability and shipping timeframe for this order.
