I received my glasses and the frames fit perfect but the right lens was out of focus. Now I'm having to jump through hoops to get them to send me the documentation to returnthem to get them fixed. Not very happy with Yes glasses.

I love your product this is a repeat purchase, last time I had an issue you resolved it in an excellent manner. I had 2 minor problems today 1- you did not remember my email or password It was unclear how to order 2 pairs and benefit from the PAIRS promo.
