Overall Experience:
I’ve always been a big fan of Yankee Candle! The quality and variety of your fragrances are fantastic, and I generally love the products I bring into my home. You consistently create some of the best scents on the market, which is why I keep coming back.

However, I need to share some serious feedback regarding my recent experience purchasing a diffuser. I found that in order to use the specific refill fragrance I actually wanted, I was forced to buy a complete setup kit that came bundled with a different, unwanted fragrance.
Having to purchase a scent I didn't want just to get the hardware required for the scent I did want is incredibly frustrating. Quite frankly, this feels like a bait-and-switch tactic and is not an acceptable level of customer service. Customers should have the flexibility to purchase a blank diffuser base independently or, at the very least, be able to choose the fragrance that comes with their starter kit.
I hope you take this feedback to heart and adjust your purchasing options. I want to keep enjoying your products, but the buying process needs to respect the customer's choices!
