Yankee Candle has a great selection of products that are of high quality. Love the candle scents and the car fresheners. Candles are made with very good wax, and they last a long time, unlike some other brands. Website was easy to review products and make choices. Check out process was simple. Tracking was helpful. Products packaged carefully and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, happy with my selections.

As always, I love my wood wick candles. They are the best scents and ambience you can find in a candle. I was truly bummed that the evening bonfire was gone. That is my favorite and nothing beats burining it on a chilly fall evening (or, anytime of the year)!

I like the scent and the quality of the candles. The candle didn’t burn out so fast like the other competitors’ products and my dog is fine with it and didn’t sneeze. My fav scent is Iced Berry Lemonade. Smell goods and scent lingers in the house.

I love Yankee, but they only ship FedEx and for domestic reason FedEx can never seem to find my house. Even though the numbers are clearly visible, they keep delivering my orders to my neighbors, and they refuse to help me track them down. They tell me to contact the shipper. I wish Yankee had another shipping option.

I selected 4 items to send as a gift to my sister for Mother's day and two of the items (after being selected and paid for) were canceled by Yankee Candle. I understand that something unforeseen may have occurred and I appreciate that I was sent an e-mail to notify me of the issue. I am thankful that I selected 4 items so that there was still something left to be sent to my sister. The upshot of this is that she loved the items she received and Yankee Candle credited my account so that the purchase only reflected the items sent at an adjusted price to match the sale that I had taken advantage of.

I really love the earthy scent. It is not overpowering and is a calming scent as I love gardens. I hate that it is a seasonal fragrance and that it goes out of production so quickly forcing me to buy a lot of the candles at one time.
