Never get yankee candles delivered

The first part of my order out of five candles I received three one candle was broken. Two candles were left out in the baking Florida sun and were melted my specific instructions outside where to leave them in a temperature proof bag, which was not done. I reached out online putting in a complaint was told that the melted candles were fine and the broken candle I could get a replacement which I never got and I would be given 50% back on my purchase for those candles never got that. The second order came in with just one candle. The candle was broken into so many pieces. There were shards of glass over my floor, cut my foot. I immediately got in contact online sent pictures on both occasions and then that was on a Saturday then I receive no information back then on Monday, which is today I called. I told him and told them I want my money back. Take your candles back they come broken. I got hurt. It was a hot mess. I’m told that a refund is going to be issued to me, I have a ticket number and I’m waiting to see. I have never in my life. I order online for so many things, I watched a FedEx driver take the first box and drop it in a standing position on the floor unbelievable and the second box was late and knowing now why I was late because it had so much broken glass in it that when I picked it I could hear it. It should’ve never been delivered to me in the first place very very unprofessional.
