I cannot walk very far anymore & I have to order on line because you closed all the stores that were easy access for people like myself who are handicapped. You closed Carmel Clay Terrace in Carmel, IN January of 2020 & you closed your store at Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville, IN in 2019. Both stores had parking directly out front & were very easy to shop & get in & out. & your employees could help me with my bags if they were too heavy. Indoor malls are a thing of the past & the outdoor malls / life centers are where you need to place your stores. I would love to be able to try a lot of your new scents but I want to smell the top, middle, base notes first hand. Holding 2 lids together up to my nose is the best way to fragrance mix & match. The old people like me who have bought Yankee from the very beginning are the people with all the money now, & we are the ones buying your products & gifting them to the next generation & then they begin buying when they have there own homes & gifting them, etc. It’s a cycle & you have always had an amazing product but if the no one knows about it & no one sees your stores then how will they buy the product & keep your USA 🇺🇸 products going? I am assuming you are still making the wicks in KY & the candles in Massachusetts. I know it’s all about the dollar, but in a store, you can feel, smell, & experience the possibilities of your own home smelling & looking amazing. Remember the sense of smell is the #1 sense the causes the recall of memories & feelings. Get back to the convenience & hands on personal experience. Get back to the brick & mortar store, not inside a big indoor mall, but in a life center setting where people can see YANKEE!
