Overall, on a positive note--I really enjoy Yankee Candles.
On the other hand (negative aspect)--I've just became VERY DISCOURAGED from completing my checkouts whenever I have attempted to buy from your company due to a situation that just left a bad taste in my mouth ever since it happened a few years back...
So, I used to be a pretty regular customer and would purchase quite a bit larger, at least $100+ orders from Yankee Candle some years back(I have had my current account & then one other before this account...approx over the span of at least decade!) I had NEVER had ANY problems--which of course, is ALWAYS Nice! However, my last order got messed up and it just NEVER got RESOLVED for me! This sadly, has been HUGE REASON I have fell off with being the regular customer that I was for a very long time. It was that ONE situation where my order got messed up and the representative just never cared enough to help and make it right. Therefore since then I've been bummed out and just literally usually always get discouraged from making more frequent orders with Yankee....like I used to enjoy doing much more at various points in the past..
P.S. I wonder do you all still send coupons in the mail?...as I have not received any in quite a while.
