The candles all arrived intact without any damage and all smelled great. However, some of the products I wanted were out of stock and one of my items was cancelled due to being out of stock. The customer service resolved this issue, however it took awhile to get all parts of my order.

I don’t see any improvement needed for the website. It’s very easy to order, pay and receive. There’s one candle that I’ve always bought with the wax melts and the candle which is frosty gingerbread candle. A very disappointed that I don’t see that they make it anymore

I wished Autumn Wreath, Harvest, and Mistletoe were available in all the products I searched, including plugin refills, small tumbler candles, and mini candles. These scents were available in some items but not all.

All is good and always good besides I went to use my rewards and after applying the reward is makes me pay for shipping and it was more more money total when using my reward. Not a great reward then. So I just didn't use it.

I ordered multiple items during a good online sale - one item was cancelled (no biggie!) but the order coming in 3 different shipments is silly and one box of white tea lites came in a box that was ridiculously large (very wasteful)! I got a package of wax melts that I know I didn’t order and do not like the scent - I hope I wasn’t charged for them! Every time I got an email update to “track shipment” it took me to the company website, but I was never able to look at my order again. Very frustrating, as it seems my total is higher than it should be and as stated, I got something I never even ordered. Overall pretty dissatisfied with this experience.
