I was so mad!! I placed an order on some items that were on sale and tried to order my birthday candle 3 times!! It didn’t like my email that I have had since Amanda (my daughter) was in middle school (now 39 yrs old) and it said it wasn’t valid. please enter a valid email, so of course it doesn’t recognize me for my birthday candle. So I try talking to the AI chat bot. Oh that was a nightmare and of course I’m doing this after normal business hours so I disconnected and thought I will try tomorrow during business hours.
So I try again the next night, the person I talked to kept telling me that I needed to go to the rewards and get my code. I said, today is the last day for me to collect my birthday candle. She insisted that I need to go to the rewards for the code, I said it doesn’t like my email and that’s what it’s under!! I disconnected from her and thought I’m calling tomorrow and talked to a manager and let them know the crap I went through just to place an order and get my birthday gift.
Well I got tied up with work and didn’t get to make that call. Now I’m really mad because I didn’t get my birthday candle or the items I wanted that were on sale. 😡🤬😢 I’m hoping someone will please help me with this!!
