Great company to do business with, but on this last order I had a problem with one item - a quick connect adapter, for my three point hitch drive, had two of the balls fall out as I was connecting it. The connection seems to hold for now, but I don’t think this should have happened with a new item.

Purchased a solo 460 backpack sprayer. Arrived on time. Box was pretty beat up, but everything was there. Put together and charged up battery, went to first job and pump did not work. I own about 6 of these sprayers so I know and understand their inner workings. I have spare pumps on hand in case one goes down. I replaced the pump and it worked fine. I called customer support and asked if they could send me a new pump because it would be cheaper, less hassle and I needed to use sprayer. Customer support gave me the company line that I needed to create an account and log onto the website and put in for a warrentee claim. Then, solo would review it and determine if they would send a new pump, not spryer depot. Do you know how long that would take? The reason I purchased the sprayer is because I needed to use it, not so it could sit on a shelf until my claim got submitted, reviewed and either rejected or awarded. This sprayer came out of the box with an issue. Sprayer depot should have sent the requested part or offered to send a new sprayer immediately and had me ship back the old one. I don't think I will be sent a new pump or credited for the cost of the new pump, especially if it's the same guy reading this that answered the phone that day.

Experience was good. I was looking for Titan hose reels but a 12 week lead was not acceptable. CSR suggested Kings reels so I went for that. The one thing that was disappointing about the Kings was the hose reel guides. Everything is aluminum except the mounting brackets. They are painted steel and I expect them to rust soon enough. They should also be aluminum or stainless for the money. I will probably end up getting some custom made to duplicate the steel ones in aluminum. This really disappoints me. Other than that, the order was correct and shipping was fine. I am satisfied overall and have already made other orders from Sprayer Depot.

I ordered a pressure switch assembly (cost about $15) on 7.10.26. It was promptly shipped via UPS but tracking showed it was lost in Lenexa, KS for over 5 days. I called Sprayer Depot and they sent a 2nd part on 7.20.26. Both parts were delivered on 7.23.26. After UPS delivery, I called Sprayer Depot and was told to keep the 2nd part as a spare. Wonderful customer service from Sprayer Depot!!!

I preferred three pumps and paid for them, they only had two in stock. So they called me and explained they only had two, I could wait or just get the two. So sent me two.
