Smooth. I used apple pay 2 weeks ago for this order, which will normally push the order through, but I didnt realize I had to push another “place order” button. I did not get my order placed for 2 weeks after I thought it was originally placed. Had to go back and resubmit my cart which was mostly my fault but annoying that I thought my order never came.

Instead of the "multiple views" button to see more pictures, I think the ... and sliding left or right to see a different picture would be more intuitive. In the past, for like 2 years I didn't even notice the "multiple views" button and assumed there was only one picture of the product...and a few times I didn't buy the product because I didn't see other angles at the time. Another point, some items have little or no description. I would think that each time there is a new product being uploaded into your platform, there should be a process such that the vendor adequately provides detailed info on it, and then your team puts it in the item description so customers don't have to ask questions.

RM is my go-to for motorcycle parts and tools. For some reason my phone and computer browser carts didn’t sync up so I had to resume where I left off on my phone. No big deal, but that is the one negative experience I have ever encountered with RM
