Im actually really frustrated right now because this is the 3rd time that Ive written & lost them both.The other comments asked to describe your experience/purchase like you would to a friend.I spent 30 min on it & it sounded so good!Now, for some reason its just asking 4 comments on QVC which isnt the same as last 2 times.I luv QVC & try not to stop on your station while channel surfing as I always seem to see something that I have to have!Love the fast shipping, great customer service (especially the online chat), & easy return policy.The only negatives about this shop network is that u cant do the easy pay(monthly payments) on As IS items & some of the items (like the one I bought tonight for 200.00) r expensive & i spent an hour deciding if I should purchase it or not.I wouldnt have purchased immediately if it had the same purchase options as the regular stuff. And, the shipping costs bothers me.It should be a flat rate first of all instead of having to pay ship 4 every item that is purchased.Thats unfair in my eyes.And,I think that if u spend a certain amount of $ the ship should be free.This is the main reason why I dont shop as much as I normally would on Qvc,Hsn, etc.Other then those issues I think QVC is a good shopping site :)

Recently received a top in a shade of pink totally different than shown in video even though color description exactly the same. Angry to hat I have to pay shipping charges to return even though package unopened. Buying for the style but quality of merchandise is very cheap.

it was really easy to use the site. I called customer service about a question and they answered it before I placed my order.

orders arrive promptly; checking on orders is easy online; larger sizes are available.

I have trouble keeping the easy pays caught up ,not my fault it's Who's so this time I'm only ordering one item at a time until it's paid off then I'll stop again !! Thankyou

I really like QVC it always have what you looking for.And if you miss something just go on line.

Tried to place order over phone but wait was too long, (30 minutes) and more so have to go on line. However all live item were not available on line so I was not able to place all the items I want.

Love shopping here. Wish QVC would offer more when using Ebates.com. Also am disappointed with Temptations.

i like the easy process for ordering and the ability to split up the payments.

Size large differs depending on the designer and sometimes even if same designer a large may fit in one item but not another of same genre such as (top). QVC is always hawking to "send it back if you don't love it" but I do send back quite often because one simply cannot tell what an item will look like on you and recently was sent a letter telling me I had returned a lot and to try the following . . . which I had already done all of them. They shouldn't have to complain about returns. From where I sit they have made a goodly some off me on shipping. Also many time a designer brings a lot of one size but a size such as Large which is extremely. common sells out too fast. I will say that the items I have kept I love.

I saw this face stuff on QVC that I'm going to try. I tried the body butter with Argan oil from Josie Maran and it was good, so I;m going to try the facial moisturizer. Plus, I got it on easy pay, so I pay less than $20 per month.

I always look on QVC when I'm online shopping for items...and always tell my friends/family "did you look on QVC? They might have what you are looking for!" And it's affordable

I just purchased Philosephy Ice Cream scented Bath Wash..you can use it as shampoo also..it smells just like vanilla birthday cake..its awesome, you need to try it!

Pretty nice selection of the products.Easy returns.

Item are easy to find and some of the items are detailed, however, when there are multiple items that are similar it is hard to determine which is the best buy. The online chat assistance was no help either. I would suggest doing your due diligence before going to the site.

I always let my family and friends know about qvc.
