for an online experience it was good, I was surprised that the coupons sounded good on the surface but didnt really net me anymore savings than if I had gone to lenscrafters down the street. That was the original reason I went to your website.

My glasses are still floating somewhere in the Amazon shipping world for over a week. They now say order was delivered today but I have not received it at the shipping address provided. Glasses production was timely bu shipping and customer support stink. I’m out $235 and still don’t have my glasses.

i was going to order from another site because it was supposed to be cheaper but the site was so hard to use i came here and found a pair on clearance. My have been very happy with the pair i got 2 years ago. If my vision hadn't changed i would sill be wearing them.

Website works better than the app. You hit back in the app and you have to stay your search all over again. The coupon usage is very deceiving; making it hard to find glasses in my budget range. You click on what you think will fall under the discount and it shifts that product to another discount code that isn't valid when you go to check out/cart. Very deceiving. Wish you could actually search for specific measurements and not just small medium or large. There's no way to sort categories for the discount types.
