I am technologically challenged, the process was easy enough even I could do it! The glasses were affordable. They look just as depicted. The lenses with tri focal are PERFECT! The frames look and feel GREAT! Excellent quality! I was kept abreast of progress with tracking and e mails. They arrived on time! I am so pleased! I’ve already recommended GlassesUSA TO ALL MY FAMILY, friends and coworkers! I love my glasses! THANK YOU!

Your filter doesn’t work when I put in large, male, I have glasses that pop up that I like to order, but they will say, medium, so I want to go back to where I left off, looking at glasses, and I have to start from the beginning every time it’s quite annoying

The glasses are very nice and are definately the style ordered. However, there were two completely different prescriptions confirmed within the order. One was on a card, the other on a printed piece of paper. When trying to confirm that my prescription was in fact, produced on my lenses, the 'chat' agents couldn't confirm stating that whatever I entered in my order is what was placed on the glasses. That couldn't be proven, with two different confirmations within the order. So, they just told me they had completed my request and disconnected from me...THREE TIMES!!! This is NOT customer service. This is unacceptable and if the same is true of the replacement glasses, they will be sent back and I will tell everyone I know about the lack of precision supplied by GlassesUSA. I phoned the optical company listed as the manufacturer and they wouldn't give me any information stating HIPAA laws wouldn't permit them to confirm which prescription was correct. What a fiasco!

With the glasses i received, i couldn't see clearly through the reading portion of the lens. Also, the tinting did not darken enough. I attempted to return my order and select new frames but navigation was not easy so i chose to receive a refund and placed a new order. have not received a credit confirmation so i will likely have to call to resolve.

Was not an in-network provider with my vision insurance but pricing was straightforward and website easy to navigate - tested different coupon offers to find best value. Had a good selection of glasses and price came in lower than with in-network providers. Submitting insurance claim to get further savings. Return policy good.

Pop ups made shopping annoying, it would delete my progress on filters I had chosen to browse. Very excited about the frames I found, I eventually searched google for options from different providers and it brought me back to glassesUSA

The tracking said, the order has arrived and I have received my order which I didn’t. I contacted GlassesUSA right away and they have work on to resent my order out right away and I’m usually not an online shopper but they are good of getting the problem fix. Now I finally got my glasses. I would recommend GlassesUSA but to make sure to communicate right away if the tracking said delivered but no order arrives or receive.

After Rx uploaded, there was no way to see the specs on the contacts to verify that everything was correct. When I clicked on prescription details, it just said "uploaded" without actually giving any details. It would be helpful if I could see the actual specifications to verify everything is correct before hitting purchase.
