I don’t see a Mastercard as payment method,at checking out I checked off the special insurance options multiple times but it keeps going back to check on, first time I tried to check out my purchases the page was stuck loading

I have ordered from Gift Express a few times. Every time it was a great experience, and the perfumes are authentic. Also, you cannot beat the prices! One package was completely destroyed, and I showed video of proof. I was prompted by customer service the very next day by email and immediately sent the perfume that was broken. I even had friends and family order from Gift Express, so I highly recommend.

Tried to interact online with a customer service representative but no one answered my questions, specifically regarding return policy should package arrive damaged.
