My experience was not good. I even contact customer service through live online chat. I explained to them that the order was for a gift.And the person did not love the gift, and I wanted to return it. The customer service person said that I would need to pay for the return label. Which is crazy to me, having to pay for the return label for a product that what's unsatisfied. This customer service person said that I'll be receiving a response within twenty 42 forty eight hours. The time has passed and I have not received any email pertaining to this.Even though she said it will be sent to the higher ups. This is very disappointing. My email is maria.gmarin28@gmail.com. in case someone wants to reach out and give me a return label for the products I bought because I am not paying for a return label, I do not want to keep them. I do not want a code to get percent off. I would like to return the items and get a full refund. I really do hope that someone reaches out to me and assist me in this.Because I am very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Shipping insurance is auto checked and had to click twice to turn off. Also, I go to your site to get 5.1oz bottle and it’s never in stock so I selected notify me but no email option. I wish they can do back order and when it would arrive.
