The minimum 15-item quantity for reduced pricing was a little difficult to reach, but it was manageable this time due to a gift certificate I was using. A link between the gemstone product information and that gem's meaning would be helpful. The overall range of product and pricing is astoundingly good.

There were a couple beads missing from their inventory and their sorting options are a little clunky but still good enough. They shop things very quickly, almost as fast as Amazon. The labels on the bead packages are a little difficult to read if the bead type is a long name. You really need your order summary.
