The product was as I expected, but I think the needle was to short. I think for a beginning kit the beads were to small a bit larger beads worked better. I will buy more items.

was able to obtain most of what I wanted. Gemstones are not a very good value here and I tend to come here for findings. To compare side by side has been challenging for me and I tend to leave the site and come back at a later time as it is hard to navigate to find similar items to compare. Overall the site is good. You are definitely not the least expensive place to find items but I like to try and get my items at one site. I wish there was free shipping over a certain amount. That to would motivate people to spend more money to get to that dollar amount, especially as these items are not heavy for the most part

I have been ordering from Fire Mountain for 20 years since I started my business but there is no record of my past purchases since they were prior to covid and your site changed. I think maintaining the history with a long term client that used to be in the highest purchasing tier would be better business.
