The process was terrible. Kept starting me over again. Did not allow for certain information to be entered so could not proceed. Took over an hour to order two items for pickup. I could have driven the mile and a half down the street to the store and just done it in person. I am not technically handicapped. I am well versed in online ordering. This was a disaster and needs to be straightened out. It did not give an accurate representation of what I ordered at checkout, was confusing, I had to call the store and they explained things for me best I could. The people at the store are wonderful and I have been dealing with them for years and this is no reflection on them it is purely this disaster of a website. You said you wanted to share good and bad will here it is and I'm sorry it's mostly bad if not all bad. If it wasn't for the buy one get one free plus the discount for signing up I would have just given up and gone somewhere else. I can't imagine how seniors that are not tech savvy could possibly navigate their way through this.
