Very frustrated with trying to utilize my Mom's OTC credit card. If she doesn't use the $ she loses it. 2 different orders for energy vitamins. Neither worked. 1st batch got credited. 2nd batch because I called 4 days after 30 day return window no credit. She's 79yrs old. It takes her body a bit to adjust to any new medication or vitamin. A co literally called The Vitamin Shoppe I woukd have thought would be more understanding. I even got her Dr's OK to double her dose of Super B, YOUR vitamin. 0 results. I'm so annoyed I have to drive a half hr on a Sat in busy Myrtle Beach to the closest Vitamin Shoppe to try to get a gift card for the 5 bottles of super B. To make matters worse, the 1 bottle had an empty capsule which scared us so I will not let her take any more. Trying a probiotic made by you, praying that at least works. Very, VERY frustrating. Even when I did your chst feature this afternoon while working, was told I had to call to speak to a supervisor. Ridiculous. The whole point of chats is to not have to speak to anyone. So yeah, doing this survey in hopes I win a $100 gift card because I already know my hr round trio tomorrow on my day off will lead to no credit back on her card or gift card.
