This is my fifth time trying to log in to your website. I get a message stating my user name and/or password does not match. I click on ‘forgot password’ (even though I know my password) and get the email telling me to enter my user name and a new password. I fill that in, and I get a pop up telling me my new password has been successful. Then I try logging in again using the ‘new successful password’, only to get the pop up telling me my user name and/ or password does not match your records!
I have purchased from Vitamin Shoppe FOR YEARS and now (since last Fall 2025) I cannot ever log in and have my password recognized!!! I’m getting pretty fed up with all this rigmarole to want to keep doing business with Vitamin Shoppe.
Each time I’ve tried to place an order online, like I’ve done for years, I have to go through this same hassle, and end up calling in to place my order.
How can this be fixed?? Or am I just out of luck, and I’ll just have to find another place to buy my supplements?
